The full course is a one-time purchase of A$9.99. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Changed your mind? 14 days.
Email support@smilingquokka.app from the email address on your account within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No form, no reason required. After a refund the full course is locked again on your account; your free lessons and saved progress stay.
Something not working?
If you cannot access what you paid for, tell us and we will fix it or refund you — whichever you prefer, at any time.
The fine print (all of it)
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. We do not guarantee that you will pass the real citizenship test, and passing or failing it is not a refund condition either way. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of this policy.
